On January 10th, the 2024 year-end meeting of Lao Guang Group was successfully held. Group President Liu Shuihui, General Manager Liu Yijun of Foshan Branch, General Manager Lv Liangping of Zhaoqing Branch, General Manager Hou Xiulan of Nansha Branch, General Manager Lan Jianxin of Shangjin Branch, and colleagues from various departments of the headquarters attended the meeting to review the past and look forward to the future together.
At the meeting, Liu Huishui, the President of Lao Guang Group, delivered a wonderful speech with the theme of "Building a Hard Fortress and Fighting a Hard Battle". He clearly stated that in 2025, the group will steadfastly adhere to the "one heart, two wings" strategy and continue to move forward.

The "two wings" are supported by the core strategies of "Lao Guang aluminum, only making thick materials" and "Lao Guang intelligent door and window creator". In the aluminum business, the group will closely follow the new national standard, pay close attention to the quality of profiles, and ensure that Lao Guang aluminum products demonstrate excellent quality. In the field of finished intelligent doors and windows, Lao Guang Group will vigorously invest in research and innovation, aiming to create more intelligent, high-quality, and market friendly door and window products.
In the new year, Lao Guang Group will rely on this clear and precise strategic layout to steadily advance various tasks in all aspects and at multiple levels, and bravely move towards higher goals.
The general managers and department leaders of each subsidiary of the group conducted a comprehensive and in-depth review and summary of the work for 2024, and made detailed plans and deployments for the work in 2025. 2024 is an extraordinary year. Faced with the downturn in the real estate industry, sluggish consumer market, fluctuations in raw material prices, and intensified international competition, we actively expand our market channels, explore new business areas, and strive to find new growth points. Although our performance did not achieve significant growth, we have maintained a relatively stable and good level through unremitting efforts. This is the result of the hard work of all employees and a strong proof of our perseverance in adversity.
At the meeting, a 2024 Outstanding Award Ceremony was also held to recognize outstanding individuals and departments in 2024, and award them with certificates of honor and bonuses. It is worth mentioning that in order to reward Liu Yijun, the General Manager of Foshan Branch, for leading all employees of Foshan Branch to successfully transform into a professional company with engineering project construction as its core business, the "Transformation Excellence Achievement Award" has been specially set up, and a million dollar luxury car Porsche Cayenne has been awarded.
Since 2020, the Foshan branch has conscientiously implemented the group's strategy to transform into engineering projects, and has successfully transformed through five years of hard work. The cumulative turnover over the past five years is nearly 200 million yuan, with the engineering project sector achieving nearly 100 million yuan, which marks the successful transformation of the Foshan branch under the leadership of General Manager Liu Yijun. In the past five years, the Foshan branch has successfully served projects such as the OPPEIN Huadu Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Base, OPPEIN Huazhong Intelligent Manufacturing Base, OPPEIN 135 Talent Apartment, Poly Yujian South, Poly Cloud, and Poly Xuefu Li, and was awarded the "Goal Achievement Award" by Poly Property on January 10th
